Manufacturing Processes
From Concept to Component
A complete manufacturing pipeline, from casting design through to machining, helps bring your concepts to life.
We offer comprehensive solutions ranging from initial casting design and pattern making to final machining, finishing, packaging, and shipping. We can also accommodate any special or additional service requirements you may have.
Casting Process
1. Casting Design
Once we review your design and specifications, we will plan the casting process. Our scope will cover machining allowances, metal specifications, gating and pattern design, heat treating, and quality inspection procedures to guarantee the final quality.
2. Pattern Making
The patterns can range from conventional wooden patterns to CNC-machined aluminum patterns. This will be determined by several factors, including production volume, casting size, required precision, and budget.

3. Sand Molding
The specific sand molding method used depends on the casting requirements of the design. Our capabilities include green sand jolt-squeeze molding, automatic horizontal or vertical molding, and chemical or no-bake sand molding.
4. Metal Melting and Pouring
We melt and pour metal into the sand molds according to specification. Our material capabilities cover gray, ductile, and alloy cast irons, as well as carbon steel (low, medium, and high alloy). We comply with major international standards such as JIS, ASTM, BIS, and DIN, controlling chemical compositions via spectrometer analysis prior to pouring at target temperatures.

5. Heat Treating
Following fettling and cleaning, the castings undergo heat treatment according to specifications—including annealing, normalizing, or quenching and tempering.
6. Controlled Processes
We control every stage of production to meet ISO standards. Depending on the requirements, quality checks include metallurgical microstructure, chemical composition, mechanical strength, hardness, and non-destructive testing. Once approved, the castings move to machining, painting, or final packaging and shipping.

Machining Process
Castings are transitioned to our machining processes according to your precise design. Every step of the machining sequence is tailored to meet customer requirements, ensuring all dimensions are measured to satisfy specified tolerances. This process transforms raw castings into finished components. If your project requires the assembly of multiple parts, we can fully accommodate your needs.
